w/ flax, any fruit, cinnamon, PB/almond butter, & maple syrup
2. Cereal or Muesli
w/ any plant milk & berries
3. Vegan yogurt
w/ granola & berries
w/ strawberries or peaches, sliced red onion, s&p, chopped basil
w/ PB or almond butter, banana, & sprinkle of hemp seeds
w/ Coconut Milk, Banana, PB/almond butter & raspberry jam
10. Tofu Scramble or Tofu "Egg" Sandwich
w/ sprouted whole grain toast & ketchup
w/ berries or vegan chocolate chips

w/ drizzle of maple syrup
*If you live close to a Whole Foods we also love the Just Egg product w/ a side of tempeh bacon or Beyond Meat Sausage
