PB Banana French Toast Roll-ups


Ingredients:

  • Any sandwich bread (I used wheat)

  • Peanut butter

  • Banana

  • Honey or maple syrup

  • Vanilla almond milk

  • cinnamon

  • *option to add sugar

  • Vegan butter


Instructions:

Remove crust from bread & spread peanut butter on one side. Place 3 slices of banana on one edge and drizzle with honey or maple syrup. Roll up & lightly dunk in vanilla almond milk. Roll in cinnamon (or cinnamon sugar) covering all sides.


Melt vegan butter on a large pan at medium heat. Place roll ups in the pan and cook each side until brown. Eat right off the pan with your hands or drizzle with more syrup/honey and eat with a fork on a plate.
