After experiencing any kind of trauma- large or small, the body will remember it. In my case my trauma was dealing with pregnancy loss. If we don’t work through it and we try to ignore it, it will keep coming back as anxiety -in my case at very random moments. It’s important to let the hard things move through us because it’s part of being human. Once we move through them then we can let them go and set them free.
