Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower
1 cup of all purpose flour (GF all purpose works too)
1 cup of water
*optional other spices like garlic & onion powder
*dunking sauce of choice like ketchup, siracha, vegan mayo, buffalo sauce
Pre-heat oven to 450F
Cut cauliflower into popcorn bite size pieces. Mix flour and water together and dunk all the cauliflower pieces in the batter, coating all sides. Place on lightly greased baking tray and bake for 20-25 flipping halfway.
Serve warm in sauce of choice! I like mixing ketchup or siracha with vegan mayo or dunking in buffalo sauce.
