
Ingredients:
1 bag of pitted medjool dates
Natural PB or almond butter (I like salted)
Optional vegan chocolate chips (I like the dark chocolate ones)
Instructions:
Slice into one side of each date with a sharp knife and gently open with your fingers. Smear peanut butter inside and you have a quick delicious healthy snack! Option to add two vegan chocolate chips to each. Both versions are delicious.
