1 package of reg or whole wheat pizza dough (rectangle sized if you can find it)
3 TBS of Vegan butter
1/2 cup of powdered Sugar
3 TBS of soy milk (about)
*Optional vegan cream cheese if you like thicker glaze
Pre-heat oven to 200C or 400F.
Roll out dough into a rectangle if not already. Melt vegan butter and spread/brush it over dough. Generously evenly sprinkle both cinnamon and sugar. With a sharp knife cut 2 inch wide strips the long way. Roll up each strip and place in a small greased baking dish (you want them to be touching each other so that they stay doughy). Bake for about 20 min until tops are brown.
For the icing mix powdered sugar and soy milk until it's a consistency you like. Option to add a dollop of cream cheese if you like a thicker icing. Allow cinnamon rolls to cool for a few min then drizzle icing on and eat warm.
