Coconut Whipped Cream & Berries


Ingredients:

  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • Agave or maple syrup

  • Any fresh berries (I added figs here too)

  • Optional sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Optional slivered almonds for topping

Instructions:

Open up the coconut milk and scoop just the solid part off the top, leaving the liquid. Add to a bowl with your agave or maple syrup, mixing to taste. You can serve as is or let chill in the fridge for a few hours for more of a whipped cream texture. Scoop on top of fresh berries with optional sprinkle of cinnamon or slivered almonds.
