Chocolate Avocado Mousse


  • 2/3 cup of coco powder

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 12-14oz of firm tofu

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

*optional fresh ripe raspberries or strawberries


Put all ingredients in a high powder blender or food processor. Blend until creamy, stopping to stir if necessary. Serve as a dessert or snack with fresh ripe raspberries or strawberries. Store in the fridge.
