Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza


Ingredients:

Pizza dough (store bought or homemade)

Cauliflower head

1 red onion

Buffalo sauce of choice

Garlic powder

Vegan mozzarella like Miyoko's Vegan Mozz

Vegan ranch dressing like Follow Your Heart


Optional fresh chopped parsley


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450F (about 230C). Roll out dough to fit the size pan or pizza stone you have.


Sauté cauliflower florets in buffalo sauce over medium heat on a pan until almost soft. Add enough sauce to cover the pizza dough and mix in a pinch or two of garlic powder. Cover rolled out dough in sauce and cauliflower. Add sliced red onion and top with vegan mozzarella. Put in the oven for 10-15 min until crust is brown.


Take out and cover with vegan ranch and fresh parsley.
