Avocado TLT


Ingredients:

Whole grain bread or sourdough

Vegan mayo

Vegan bacon like Light Life Smoky Tempeh bacon

Tomato

Avocado

Optional greens

Optional red onion


Instructions:

Eat bread fresh or toast it if it has been sitting a few days. Cook a few strips of the tempeh bacon on a pan or in the oven (just a few min a side to get warm and crispy). Spread mayo on both sides of the bread, avocado over the mayo on one side, then layer optional greens, tomato, tempeh bacon, and optional red onion.
