Quick cooking oats like these Bob's Red Mill
Spoonful of ground flax seeds
Frozen wild blueberries (wild are nutrient packed but feel free to swap for regular too)
Drizzle of maple syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Refined sugar-free granola like this Barely Elizabeth's
Spoonful of natural PB or almond butter (for nut allergies swap for vegan creamy coconut yogurt)
Pour oats and flax into a cereal sized bowl with a handful of frozen blueberries. Pour in boiling water and cover for 2 minutes. Mix in cinnamon and maple syrup then top with granola and PB. Enjoy breakfast made in 5 minutes!
