Ingredients:
1 package of firm tofu
cornmeal
optional s&p
Dipping options:
Ketchup
Hot sauce + vegan mayo
Buffalo sauce
Instructions:
Use air fryer or preheat oven to 400F.
Remove tofu from packaging and drain water, gently pressing out as much water as you can. Slice into squares/cubes (doesn't have to be pretty) and roll in cornmeal, fully covering. Place in air fryer on "french fry" setting for 15 minutes or place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 20 min- keeping an eye on them for burning.
Remove from oven and dip them in your sauce of choice! (Or for a more complete meal add as the "meat" to your salad, taco, or sandwich).
