1) Look for the pre-cut veggies and salad kits
2) Look for the frozen grains and veggie options
3) Stock up on their seasonings
4) Check for flavored canned beans and unique sauces
5) Look for vegan cheese, milks, and yogurts
6) Try to go during non-peak hours
The nice part about Trader Joe's is that they have good organic produce and the store size isn't too overwhelming.
Also unlike regular stores, they usually have amazing pre-cut veggie and fruit items and specialized seasonings to make cooking faster and tastier.
You will probably get lured into buying snacks and flowers and that's usually just part of the experience.
