Eating to Heal Routine
Celery Juice on an empty stomach
Plain oats with PB, lots of berries, flax & chia seeds
Big salad or soup
Sometimes lentil pasta or baked sweet potato
Snack example: Fresh fruit of any kind.
seed crackers/rice cakes with PB or hummus. Handful of nuts
This is just an example of my routine designed to inspire. Feel free to adapt or ignore as needed. Whatever you are going through (physical or mental), it can be healed- you just have to make the time to get out of your own way.
