An Easy Checklist For Eating Healthy


Dr. Fuhrman is a family physician that specializes in preventing and reversing disease through nutrition. He believes in eating nutrient dense foods (foods loaded with vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals) to create the best micro biome in your gut for your immunity. Basically he wants you you use premium gas for your car instead of regular, and he wants to show you how.


He created the ANDI (aggregate Nutritional Density Checklist) to measure the nutrient density per food item. This allows people to focus on creating meals with foods that have the highest scores so that they can regain their own health without the intervention of medicine.


Because instead of the food pyramid or fad dieting (then taking medication when we get sick) doesn't it make sense to just consume the foods with the highest nutritional value?


If you are determined to get healthy, you should consider saving/screenshot-ing this checklist and using it when you are creating meals. Without "giving up" everything you eat, just try making the foods with the high scores the main focus on on your plate and see what happens.
