13 Quick Easy Healthy Snacks

If you want to eat to feel like the best version of yourself but you feel overwhelmed by what it takes remember this:

You don’t have to have fancy appliances or a big budget or a personal chef.

You don’t need extra time in the day or excessive meal prepping.

Eating anti-inflammatory disease fighting foods like fruits and veggies doesn’t have to look gourmet. And you can eat as many as you want until you are full.

Here are some healthy foods that require no preparation and I like to eat all day every day. I keep them in my fridge, pantry, or in a big fruit basket on the counter so I always have an easy and healthy grab-and-go snack:

  • Snap peas
