Makes about 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
4 tbsp of cacao powder
5 pitted medjool dates
Small handful of frozen kale
1 tsp of vanilla
Unsweetened cashew milk or soy milk for blending
Optional hemp seeds
Optional cold coffee
Instructions: Blend all ingredients in high powdered blender, adding milk until desired smoothie consistency. If adding cold coffee, use less milk so it doesn't get too watery.
