Creamy Chocolate Superfood Shake


Makes about 2 smoothies

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 4 tbsp of cacao powder

  • 5 pitted medjool dates

  • Small handful of frozen kale

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • Unsweetened cashew milk or soy milk for blending

  • Optional hemp seeds

  • Optional cold coffee

Instructions: Blend all ingredients in high powdered blender, adding milk until desired smoothie consistency. If adding cold coffee, use less milk so it doesn't get too watery.
