Ingredients:
base:
1 part organic oats
1 part any plant milk (I like canned coconut but any milk works)
add-ins:
Small spoonful of flax seed powder
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Squirt of agave or maple syrup
splash of vanilla extract
Top with any fruit (I like frozen wild blueberries)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a jar/container and mix well with a spoon, sealing with a lid. Make as many as you'd like for the week (they last about 5-6 days) and store in the fridge overnight. Grab in the morning an easy on-the-go breakfast. I like to eat cold but always option to heat it up.
