Coconut Flax Overnight Oats


Ingredients:


base:

  • 1 part organic oats

  • 1 part any plant milk (I like canned coconut but any milk works)

add-ins:

  • Small spoonful of flax seed powder

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Squirt of agave or maple syrup

  • splash of vanilla extract

  • Top with any fruit (I like frozen wild blueberries)


Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a jar/container and mix well with a spoon, sealing with a lid. Make as many as you'd like for the week (they last about 5-6 days) and store in the fridge overnight. Grab in the morning an easy on-the-go breakfast. I like to eat cold but always option to heat it up.
